Chris Chicoine’s practice focuses on
bankruptcy and includes the representation of individuals and businesses through
the Chapter 11 reorganization process, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy-related
litigation. His experience includes motions for relief from the automatic stay,
objections to plan confirmation, and nondischargeability litigation.
Prior to joining Aiken Schenk, Chris
was a bankruptcy associate with a California creditors’ rights law firm, where
he represented financial institutions in cases arising under Chapters 7, 11 and
13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
