Employment attorney Burr Shields provides counseling to employers and employees in a wide range of issues and has litigated numerous cases in state and federal trial courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.

Burr Shields has been practicing employment law in Arizona since 1987. Burr earned Martindale-Hubbell’s AV-Preeminent rating over 10 years ago and has been listed by The Best Lawyers in America since 2009.

In 2016, Best Lawyers named him “Lawyer of the Year” (Phoenix) for Labor and Employment Litigation.

The current scope of Burr’s practice encompasses:
