J. Tyrrell Taber

Ty Taber is certified as a specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. His victories on behalf of injured clients include a $4 million verdict for the parents of an eight-year-old girl killed while horseback riding; a $2.7 million verdict for a 20-year-old woman stranded for 10 days on a state highway; and a number of settlements of more than $1 million in cases involving products liability, professional liability, and auto and aircraft accidents.

Ty began his career in insurance defense before transitioning his practice to the representation of tort victims. He is also well known in Arizona for his advocacy in disputed matters involving public elections.
